I have been a patient at this practice for 10 years. I find Dr. Crowley, his hygienists, his office staff all to be personal, professional and eager to please. I highly recommend this practice for someone who is thinking about a change. You will not be disappointed.

We love this place!!! Supper kid friendly and everyone is really nice. Doctor Shamir is professional, kind, and very knowledgeable.

Eva was my hygienist when I got my teeth cleaned. She was careful and efficient. She was gentle while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Crowley also checked my teeth, gums and did a mouth cancer screening. He was very gentle and also efficient. I look forward to going to the Dentist there because they are so kind and gentle. I would give them 6 stars if I could but I can only go up to 5 stars. Very pleased with the care I got.

I have been seeing Dr. Crowley over 15 years. He and Dr. Shamir are the finest dentists in Chicagoland! My hygienist Nichole is second to none. Marilyn and the staff are the best and most helpful ever.

We love both Dr. Crowley and Dr. Shamir. They are amazing and so thankful they take care of our entire family. My kids love getting their teeth cleaned because they do a great job explaining everything they are doing so they don’t cause any anxiety.

I’ve been going to this office for years and they just keep getting better. They’re gentle, kind and helpful. The office is spotless and you never have to wait.

My family and I have gone to see Dr. Crowley for over 30 years. He is a wonderful dentist, painless and kind. The staff there always makes you feel welcomed and are very helpful. Dr. Crowley always makes himself available in case of an emergency and I highly recommend this office for adults and kids of all ages.

My first visit to this Dentist office was great. The staff is great and everyone seems to be super nice. I'm happy that I find a Dentist Office that I like.

During a period of over 30 yrs. our family had been receiving excellent care at Crowley Family Dentistry and later at Crowley & Shamir Family Dentistry. After we retired, my husband and I have moved to San Diego 18 months ago. When we came back to the Chicago area to visit relatives and friends, we also had set up dental appointments at Crowley & Shamir's because they are quite simply the best!

What a great dentistry practice! Certainly the knowledge and expertise of Drs. Crowley and Shamir, but, as well, their attentive, expert and kind staff!

Dr. Shamir is the best in the business! My family and I live in downtown Chicago and a visit with her makes the commute very well worth it. Dr. Shamir has a wealth of knowledge and experience -- she keeps me up to date on the latest preventative care habits and suggested treatments. I am always nervous to get my teeth cleaned or whitened because they are so sensitive, but Dr. Shamir knows how to put me at ease and has a very calming nature to her. Every time I walk out of the office, I feel great. Extra bonus -- the office staff and hygienists are very friendly and accomodating!

You couldn't ask for a nicer place to take your teeth! Both Dr. Crowley and Dr. Shamir are as warm and friendly as they are excellent dentists. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the dental hygienists are professional and caring. I am someone who has a major phobia about going to the dentist. I can barely handle just having my teeth cleaned, but with their new equipment, techniques and overall calming personalities, I no longer dread going to the dentist! I recently had a couple of serious (and painful) tooth emergencies, and I was so relieved when they managed to squeeze me in both times! I can't recommend these people enough!

I was quite nervous about going to dentist during this time of Covid19. Everyone one went above and beyond practicing good use of personal protective devices and germ control. Impressive. Would not hesitate to go next time.

A cleaner more sterile office you won’t find anywhere. The office staff are beyond friendly and obliging. Dr Shamir is the nicest, kindest most gentle dentist around. I had a very good experience there despite Covid 19. I felt safe at all times.

Dr Shamir just pulled multiple teeth from my 10’year old daughter. And when it was done, my daughter asked if she can come back for every tooth that’s looks bc Dr Shamir was so gentle! My husband and I and my children all love Dr Shamir. She is both gentle and detailed in everything she does.

Best dentists ever been to. Dr Jerry the best and Dr Shamir. The gentle way they do everything. Nicole also best at the office for cleanings. The iffice staff is cordial, professional and friendly. If a place could get 100 stars this is the place. Most honest and accommodating practice.

The staff at Dr. Crowley’s office is wonderful. They have always been helpful and kind to myself and my children. My hygienist is someone I ask for each time because of the gentle care she gives. She is so wonderful and I will not go to anyone else. I trust Dr Crowley as he has always been incredibly honest and caring. Dentists have not always been my favorite place to go, but Dr Crowley has changed that for me. I trust him and feel especially grateful for the care they provide.

Everyone in the office is friendly and professional, and the quality of Dr. Shamir's work is excellent. Very pleased to be a patient.

After my long-time dentist retired, it took me almost 3 years to find a practice that I felt comfortable with. Drs. Crowley and Shamir have far exceeded my expectations. The dental care is excellent and everyone in the office is friendly and warm. I genuinely look forward to my semi-annual cleanings. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Excellent BOTH doctors are beyond wonderful, down to earth, and excellent with their care. If you are a nervous patient like I am with anxiety, they really are wonderful there. The techs as well are kind and patient. Gentle hands for sensitive teeth, Nicole is who cleans my teeth and she always does a great job and everyone remembers you (6 months later!), like family! thank you!!!!

Dr Shamir is the most gentle human u will meet! She is also very kind and will explain everything to you before the exam or whatever. I highly recommend

Just had my teeth cleaned and checkup. Have been going here for 8 years and feel very comfortable with precautions taken by Dr Shamir and the entire staff. They are the best in care and service.

Dr. Shamir is so gentle and thorough in her exam. I just had a crown replaced and she made the process as pain free as possible! She also is great with color matching your teeth if u need to get a cap on a tooth. Can’t say enough about how wonderful she is!

Being that it was my first time with the practice it was a very nice experience. The office staff was pleasant and Sushma (Hygienist) was very thorough and friendly. Dr. Sharone Shamir was very personable and made me feel comfortable in her chair. Will definitely return for my six month visit.

The minute I walked in to the office I felt Comfortable and Safe!! The staff could have not treating me any nicer!! The staff were all.very warm and professional!! I highly recommend this practice. Staff is wonderful! My family goes to this practice and I know we are in great hands. Doctor Shamir cares about her patients and is an excellent doctor. During my last experience with tooth pain the office got me in immediately and followed up with me to make sure I was ok.

My family and I have been visiting Dr. Shamir for the past five years. We used to live in Deerfield right by her office and first heard about her from a friend. This past year, we moved to the west suburbs and there is no way I would go to anyone else! She is so kind and detail oriented -- very gentle touch. And my kids love her! She is always going above and beyond to make sure they have fun while getting their teeth cleaned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I will try to be brief in my review but it’s challenging because everything about them is so awesome — everyone in the practice is so warm, caring, and welcoming. And Dr. Crowley is very knowledgeable and responsive in the dental care he provides. I have the utmost trust in his diagnoses and treatment and am grateful to be in their care.

Always a bag of laughs. Everyone is great. Friendly. Ive always hated the dentist from past experiences and this place has overcome my reluctance. Even when it hurt, it was funny.
