The office staff, dental hygienist, and doctor are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They were conscientious in keeping everyone safe. They all are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I’m thankful for how they each contribute to making dental appointments a positive experience.

The Crowley & Shamir dental practice exudes warmth and knowledge while using updated technology. The entire team is welcoming and friendly. They set you at ease if you have any anxiety concerning you visit. Dr. Shamir is an absolute pleasure. She takes her time to explain everything and answer any questions regarding your care. They have set up their office so you always have something interesting within eyesight, no matter if you are laying back in the chair or sitting. Highly recommend.

Excellent BOTH doctors are beyond wonderful, down to earth, and excellent with their care. If you are a nervous patient like I am with anxiety, they really are wonderful there. The techs as well are kind and patient. Gentle hands for sensitive teeth, Nicole is who cleans my teeth and she always does a great job and everyone remembers you (6 months later!), like family! thank you!!!!

Dr. Shamir is the best in the business! My family and I live in downtown Chicago and a visit with her makes the commute very well worth it. Dr. Shamir has a wealth of knowledge and experience -- she keeps me up to date on the latest preventative care habits and suggested treatments. I am always nervous to get my teeth cleaned or whitened because they are so sensitive, but Dr. Shamir knows how to put me at ease and has a very calming nature to her. Every time I walk out of the office, I feel great. Extra bonus -- the office staff and hygienists are very friendly and accomodating!

Dr. Shamir is so gentle and thorough in her exam. I just had a crown replaced and she made the process as pain free as possible! She also is great with color matching your teeth if u need to get a cap on a tooth. Can’t say enough about how wonderful she is!

After my dentist of 10 years retired, the fear set in of finding a replacement. I was recommended to Dr Shamir by many of both my female and male friends. Dr Shamir is not only a thorough, excellent dentist, but her calm, comforting, and gentle manner puts the patient at ease right away! To add to that, she bonded a chip in my FRONT tooth, and it looks perfect! I would highly recommend a visit if you have any fears or are looking for an outstanding dentist.

Went in yesterday. So professional. Eva cleaned my teeth. Unlike other practices I have experienced she was thorough and gentle. Very good job. Dr Crowley did the exam and reviewed X-rays. Top technology! What a great dentist ! Overall on time thorough and super hi tech and professional. Look forward to my 6 month check up.

Great visit. Everything was exceptionally clean and all safe protocols were in place. It was obvious that they had expended a lot of time and expense to make the environment safe and effective during the pandemic. Don’t hesitate keeping your appointment here!

They are the best, I have been going to them forever and have recommended to friends and family. I moved about 30 minutes away over 20 years ago but still use them, it is worth the drive. Not only are they clean, courteous and processional they are friendly and kind. There is no other dentist for me.

Dr Shamir just pulled multiple teeth from my 10’year old daughter. And when it was done, my daughter asked if she can come back for every tooth that’s looks bc Dr Shamir was so gentle! My husband and I and my children all love Dr Shamir. She is both gentle and detailed in everything she does.

Eva was my hygienist when I got my teeth cleaned. She was careful and efficient. She was gentle while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Crowley also checked my teeth, gums and did a mouth cancer screening. He was very gentle and also efficient. I look forward to going to the Dentist there because they are so kind and gentle. I would give them 6 stars if I could but I can only go up to 5 stars. Very pleased with the care I got.

Dr Shamir is great! She has a great ability to blend bedside manner with expert knowledge to discuss any issues and options to resolve them. My hygienist have both been very friendly, knowledgeable and caring too. The office staff have been very thorough and easy to deal with.

You couldn't ask for a nicer place to take your teeth! Both Dr. Crowley and Dr. Shamir are as warm and friendly as they are excellent dentists. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the dental hygienists are professional and caring. I am someone who has a major phobia about going to the dentist. I can barely handle just having my teeth cleaned, but with their new equipment, techniques and overall calming personalities, I no longer dread going to the dentist! I recently had a couple of serious (and painful) tooth emergencies, and I was so relieved when they managed to squeeze me in both times! I can't recommend these people enough!

A cleaner more sterile office you won’t find anywhere. The office staff are beyond friendly and obliging. Dr Shamir is the nicest, kindest most gentle dentist around. I had a very good experience there despite Covid 19. I felt safe at all times.
